Super Bad Theater Company is proud to partner with Mission Youth Art Academy (MYAA) the dedicated musical theater and choir division of Fremont’s premier musical institution, YW Pianos to launch a first of its kind holistic performing arts program. By merging MYAA’s elite musical instruction with SBTC’s award winning Youth Creative Ethics Workshop (YCEW) and Theatre Company, we offer a developmental experience that builds both world class stage skills and profound emotional intelligence.​

The Pillars of Theatre
Our proprietary YCEW curriculum moves beyond traditional acting classes. We focus on building life adaptive skills that are fun, uplifting, and artistic. For inspiring youth artist or young artist that wants to be welcomed in a safe environment, this is for you.

Students will master:

 

• Life Skills: Public speaking, critical thinking, empathy, team building, improvisation and overcoming stage fright.

• Character Building: Loyalty, honesty, handling anger, cause and effect, and the empowerment of words.

• Theatrical Techniques: Improvisation, characterization, theatre games, and ensemble teamwork.

Two Ways to Join:

 

The Private Academy (In-Studio): Hosted at the MYAA / YW Pianos Studio. Structured 3  to 4 month terms culminating in a major theatrical showcase and recital.

Public School Partnerships: We also bring our 6 to 9 week After School enrichment cycles directly to Fremont public school campuses.​​
